Secure Payments

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments incuding Solo and Maestro. We accept Visa and MasterCard and American Express.
We use Sagepay, one of the largest credit card processors in the world for your security, or if you prefer you can use PayPal instead.


Discount and promo codes

You need to enter the code exactly as it was given to you, without any spaces. Type or copy and paste the code into the promo code box (you'll find it on the 'Confirm and Pay' section if using the Sagepay option.

PayPal Express Checkout works as follows: When checking out, you will be diverted to paypal.com right away, where PayPal collects the shipping and billing addresses. After that, you will return to our website where you will be able to type in a discount/promo code (if you have a discount code that is 'active'), the price is updated accordingly and, on that same page, you will be able to finalise the transaction.


Delivery

Orders normally take between 3 to 5 working days to be delivered once your order has been placed. We will also keep you updated by email if there are any delays to the delivery date but we try our best to make sure your order arrives as soon as possible.

If you have placed an order for two or more items you may receive some or all the items you ordered on one day and the remaining items on a different day.

All UK deliveries are free.

Within the UK we use third party delivery services, Interlink and Royal Mail, who handle the transport of all items between our warehouse and your delivery address.

International delivery is available upon request. Please contact us via sales@lledar.com for costs.


Returns

Christmas Returns. Orders placed on or after December 1 can be returned up to January 31.

Customers who order unsuitable items from Lledar are entitled to return their goods in their original condition within 14 working days of delivery and a refund of the returned item(s) will be issued upon receipt.

Returns are free within the UK. We cannot currently offer free returns outside the UK.

Refunds will always be made by the same method you used to originally purchase your order within thirty days of receiving your returned item(s).

How do I return an item?

Our returns policy allows you to return any unsuitable item within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and a refund will be issued for the full value of your goods once we receive them. Customer Services will provide you with a returns label. The 14 day restriction does not apply to faulty items. Please note all manufacturer’s guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights.

To return an item please note the following:

1. Contact customer services on sales@lledar.com indicating your reason(s) for return.

2. Enclose the despatch note in parcel. Please do not attach any labels to the leather bags.

3. We will e-mail a postal label to print and return item.

 

Damaged / Faulty Goods

Our bags our checked before they are sent out, however, we do get the occasional fault, and we do what we can to rectify this as soon as possible as we are proud of our products and want you to be able to enjoy them for years to come. Our policy in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 is that if you receive damaged/faulty goods we ask that:

You initially call us on 0333 1234 104 or e-mail us at sales@myleathermanbag within 30 days. (You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us) We may request you send us photographs of the item so that we can assess the damage.

If the item is faulty we would then ask you to return the item to us and we will arrange for the item to be repaired. Please enclose your order number, explaining why you are returning the item so that we can process it quickly for you. Please always retain proof of posting (available free of cost at Post Office counters) when returning goods. Unfortunately we cannot be held liable for any items that we do not receive or are lost or damaged in the post when they are returned.

If a repair is not possible we will replace the item. If a replacement is not possible we will offer a refund in full (including the original delivery charge).

If you have bought your item and believe it is faulty after the 30 day period, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.


Where is my order?

Order tracking information will be sent to your e-mail address provided at checkout so that you can see where your order is at any time.


Can I amend an item on my order?

We are unable to change an item on your order once the order has been placed. Should you wish to change an item for an alternative one you will need to place a new order. Please contact us to cancel the existing order should you choose to do this. Please contact our Customer Services team who will be able to help you via e-mail at sales@lledar.com.


Can I change the billing or shipping address on my order?

Orders are usually dispatched within one working day. If you wish to change shipping address, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting our Customer Services team. This can be done by e-mailing sales@lledar.com.


My Order has arrived but there are items missing

Should you receive an incomplete order please email our Customer Services team so we can investigate this further. Please note that in some cases, larger orders may arrive in more than one parcel and this will be stated on your dispatch note. In these instances please allow a further 2 to 3 days for the additional parcels to arrive.


What cards can I pay with?

Customers purchasing from within the UK can pay with all major debit and credit cards, including American Express. Lledar (My Leather Manbag Ltd) also welcomes PayPal payments, although customers should note that orders made using PayPal can only be delivered to your PayPal billing address.


I've ordered an item. When will I be charged?

Charges may take a couple of days to go through your bank account.


What is 3-D Secure?

3-D Secure provides an additional layer of security for online credit and debit transactions. Using Verified by Visa (VBV) and MasterCard SecureCode (MSC), these are the latest fraud prevention initiatives which aim to authenticate the cardholder’s identity at the time that the transaction is made.


Why has my card been declined?

There can be several reasons why your card may have been declined and we advise you to contact you card issuer for further information if this should happen.
